1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using FLX, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Use of Service

FLX is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes.

3. Pro Subscription

Certain features require a FLX Pro subscription. Payments are handled via Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless explicitly cancelled.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Disclaimer

FLX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any productivity loss or device issues arising from the use of the app.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for users who violate these terms.
